Refund policy

Change of Mind – We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the collectible nature of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items – If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Factory-Sealed Products – Once opened, products cannot be returned unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law. We are not responsible for the contents/pulls of trading card packs.

Refund Processing – Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
