Shipping policy

Processing Time – Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times – Standard shipping within Australia: 3–10 business days. Express shipping: 1–4 business days.

Tracking – All orders are shipped with tracking.

Lost or Delayed Parcels – We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier, but we will assist with tracking and claims.

International Shipping – Available to select countries; buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Bundled shipping policy

We offer bundled shipping to help you save on postage costs.

• We can hold your orders for up to 3 weeks from the date of your first purchase to allow you to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.
• Your bundled order must have shipping paid within the 3 week holding period.
• If shipping has not been paid within 3 weeks, and we have not received any communication from you requesting an extension or making alternative arrangements, all held orders will be deemed abandoned.
• Abandoned orders will become null and void, and no refunds, credits, or claims will be available for the products or payments associated with those orders.
• If you require additional time, please contact us before the 3 week period expires. Extensions may be granted at our discretion.
